Partner FAQ

Who can become a DineOpen partner?

Anyone who works with restaurants, in any country: POS and printer dealers, accountants, restaurant consultants, food and packaging suppliers, agencies and freelancers. Every application is reviewed and approved by our team.

How much can I earn?

20% of the subscription revenue we receive from each restaurant you bring (excluding taxes), every month for as long as the restaurant stays with DineOpen. Free trials, refunds and chargebacks are not included.

When and how am I paid?

Monthly, by bank transfer, within 15 business days after the month ends. You receive a statement listing your restaurants, the revenue received and your commission. In India, TDS is deducted as applicable.

How is a restaurant counted as mine?

You must be the first point of contact, the restaurant must not already be talking to us, and you register the lead with us within 48 hours of first contact. We confirm attribution within 5 business days.

Do I have to sell, install or support the software?

No. Referral partners simply introduce the restaurant; our team does the demo, setup and support. Resellers who also set up and support their restaurants can apply for separate reseller terms.

Is there a joining fee or a sales target?

No. Joining is free, there is no minimum target, and the partnership is non-exclusive.
