By accessing and using DineOpen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

DineOpen provides a comprehensive restaurant management platform that includes:

• Point of Sale (POS) system
• Digital menu management
• Table and floor management
• Kitchen order tracking (KOT)
• Analytics and reporting
• Staff management tools

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass or abuse other users

Subscription and Payment

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DineOpen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINEFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
