Fee based on restaurant area (₹2,000-10,000)

Inspection

Fire officer visits to verify equipment and exits

Get NOC

Certificate issued if compliant (valid 1-3 years)

Penalties

Operating without Fire NOC can result in closure by authorities and fines up to ₹1 lakh. Insurance claims may be rejected in case of fire incidents.
